About Us
Mount Gambier Exercise Physiology was created in 2025, based on 17 years experience in both clinical and non clinical settings.
We strive to provide a space that is private and feels safe for clients to discuss their health concerns and goals.
Our mission is to help everyone find a way to exercise that works for them. To give them the tools they need to manage their own health and support them along the way.
We have extensive experience in providing education and managing a range of chronic health concerns with exercise across the lifespan. Please see our Services Page for a list of some of the common concerns we see.
